I just got back from LA shooting a family photo event, and two of my favorite models! Erica and Griffin are such a beautiful couple, and needed some updated shots for their careers {she is a fit model, he is a recording artist} so I just had to share some shots of my beautiful friends I had a lot of fun with these two, shooting in the fabulous Laguna Beach and Santa Monica. Griffin is an up and coming recording artist in L.A. who had me do some shots for his press packet. Needless to say, this was a super fun shoot.

Erica is one of my longest, dearest friends from PV Peninsula High School. I got excited at the chance to photograph my beautiful friend! We are still close after all these years and we always have a fun time with our photoshoots when we get together. Isn’t she stunning!?

I also did some romantic shots of this beautiful couple on the beach in Malibu!

While I was in Malibu, I also shot the adorable Barton family! I LOVE these classic beach family photos {with “Trala” flair!}

One of my other favorite destination shoots while in California was at the Los Angeles Angels Stadium! What a treat this was for me to get to photograph this beautiful family in such an awesome place! I have to thank the von Duering family for being such Angels fans and for bringing me along on their tour of the stadium! {You, too, can have your very own personal paparazzi!}

Little Alexis also posed for me while I was in the area. I visited her home in Redondo Beach and was immediately captivated by those baby blues! What a doll! Alexis was so sweet and bright eyed, perfect for her first photoshoot!! No trip is too far for a baby’s first photo session

I did get to have a little “me” time on this trip and had some great times with old friends at great restaurants, trips to the spa, the beach and just driving around alone with the music blasting and windows down…a real treat for this busy momma of three! I brought the family down for a trip to Disneyland and Knott’s Berry Farm earlier this summer, so I didn’t feel bad enjoying myself one bit {ok, maybe I felt alittle bad after that shoot with all the half-naked guys…I really enjoyed that! lol}.

I just gotta say, I love me some Madison. She is a Hot Shot/Senior Rep for Marysville and I got to do a 2-day shoot with her to get EVERY shot possible! We went to my new favorite Cloud Wall, my new Treasure! I can’t get enough of this wall What a blast we had running around looking for different places to shoot. Madison brought her boyfriend along for a Buddy-Buddy Session, stay tuned for that! They are WAY cute together, and the pictures are simply amazing! What an awsome way to keep close as you graduate and grow!
