Once again, I have to catch up on blogging, I have just been soo busy working, living life and…well, working and enjoying life pretty much sums it up! It took me a few days to catch up on sleep after capturing this little miracle one early morning! There is no greater honor for me than to be asked to be part of a moment such as this. The moment your child is born. Why wouldn’t you capture this event to relive for a lifetime? We capture weddings and birthdays, family vacations, but what about the day you welcome your child into the world?? Simply priceless. I love this family and would have been there for this moment at any cost. I am humbled and thrilled that they love me as well, enough to invite me to share in this priceless event. I ♥ baby Caden…he is so sweet and perfect. What a beautiful little boy. I am just so thrilled to watch this little guy grow from the time he was in his mommy’s tummy and I can’t wait for the months to come! He sure is a loved little one Mom and dad are glowing with pride and joy! Take a look a few of my favorite shots from my newborn shoot with Caden at just two weeks old, hope you enjoy them as much as I do!

Look Who’s Arrived! 

I’d like to introduce you to my newest little blessing, my third daughter, Addison Mae. She is a month old now, and I thought it might be time to give the people what they want…Addie Mae! When my husband and I were thinking of having another baby, we went back and forth…we already have two older daughters and life was pretty easy…did we want to mess with a good thing? Well, still being in my 20′s, I was simply not ready to be done having babies when I love being a mommy so much…and let’s face it, there’s just something amazingly intoxicating about new babies that keeps you young! Now that Addison is here, I feel like I could have 20 more! …OK, not really, I don’t feel That young! ;)

Addie is such a calm, sweet angel. She fits right in to our lives perfectly, and fills our hearts more than we could have known. I am having so much fun raising a new baby with my hubby. Take a peek at some of the photo-fun I’ve been having with my new “Lil’-bit”!

This little lady’s arrival has been long awaited by her mommy, daddy, and big brother, Alex. I took their family pictures and maternity pictures a few months back and am just so thrilled to welcome the new addition to this family! Mikaila was such an angel during her photo shoot! Talk about an easy newborn! I can’t wait to watch her grow up! Welcome to this world, little angel!

I photographed this baby girl when she was just a few weeks old and can hardly believe how much she has grown in three short months! She’s gotten so juicy!! I just had to use some of my favorite accessories from Bee Bops and Lollipops…doesn’t she just look adorable in those headbands and tutu!?? Just wait until she can sit up and walk around, we are gonna have some picture fun with her! Camdyn is such a smiley girl, but when my big ol’ camera is in her face she puts on her serious, seductive look…which works for me! I’m in love! You can’t go wrong with big baby-blues!

One way I have attempted to make a difference with my work, is by giving back to children in this world…after all, it is children that have inspired my photography from the very beginning!

Now I Lay Me Down To Sleep is a non-profit organization that gives images to families of their infants that are leaving this world…but not without a legacy.

I, myself, have experienced great loss in life…in different ways. If you have experienced any loss, you know how painful that time can be. I only hope that I can use the gift God has given me, to capture the beauty in the last moments of life shared together, and help a loving memory live on forever with joy.

These siblings are so different from one another, yet share so much!!

Jula and Joe have such an amazing family…and to think it all started with a kiss…probably:)

Look at those little wrinkle-butts in their beautiful mommy’s hands! Can you believe this momma was carrying these two in her tummy just two short weeks ago??? 

And look at daddy with his new babies! I am just melted!

 Could they be any perfecter??? (giggles) These images just make me so happy!

This little lady is just so adorable! I have loved watching her grow! Already, she is six weeks old, and it feels like she was just born! I wish there was some way to just freeze time and stop our babies from growing…the next best thing that I can think of is to freeze images in time! I don’t believe you can ever get enough pictures! Savor those little toes, funny smirks, tiny yawns… so quickly they grow up!!

Sweet Dreams, baby girl!!

Perhaps it’s because I am expecting my third baby in a few months, or maybe it’s just because 6-week-old Talon is gorgeous, but I could have photographed this baby and his parents FOREVER! Every time he would gaze into my eyes or crack a little smile, tears filled my eyes! I have been photographing his parent since they got engaged and have been telling their story through their wedding, pregnancy, and now their first baby, Talon! I can’t express what a joy it is to get to know a family and tell their story through every stage in life! This baby is truly a blessing and I could not just pick a few faves from today’s session…so here are more than a few!!! Enjoy!
